Shipping Policy

Below you will find the average delivery time for all our packages:

• Once an order is placed, we take 1–3 working days to process the order. During the week it typically takes one working day; orders placed on Friday evening or during the weekend may take a little longer.

• Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched and delivery takes an average of 8–12 working days. Actual delivery times may vary by destination, carrier capacity, weather, and customs.

We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as easy as possible for our customers. However, if you have any questions or further concerns, please contact our customer service team. Below we explain how your order will be processed and delivered.

Placing an order

The ordering process at Lomari is as simple as possible. First, go to the product page and add the product you want to your shopping cart. Check that you have selected the correct variants. Proceed to checkout and enter your correct address details. Make sure all information is accurate, then continue to the shipping step to review your address details. You will see that every shipment is sent free of charge. Proceed to payment, select your preferred method, and complete the order by following the on-screen instructions. If you experience any issue with your order, you can contact us for assistance.

Shipping costs

We cover the shipping costs for every order. All of our products are delivered to your door free of charge. There is no minimum order quantity required.

Shipping your order

We make sure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. To ensure fair prices for our products, we sometimes consolidate parcels and ship them once we reach our minimum quantity. We appreciate your understanding and your willingness to help us reduce environmental impact. Please note: periods of high order volume, carrier disruptions, severe weather, and customs inspections can cause delays. We will always do our best to dispatch your order quickly and keep you informed.

Where we ship

We ship to most addresses within Canada and many international destinations. Some remote areas, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses may require additional time or may not be eligible for certain services. If we cannot ship to your address, we will notify you and provide an alternative solution.

Order confirmation and tracking

After you place an order, you receive an order confirmation. Once dispatched, you receive a shipping confirmation that includes tracking details when available. Tracking events may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier has picked up the parcel.

Duties and taxes for international orders

Orders shipped outside the country of dispatch may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees assessed by the destination customs authority. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by Lomari at checkout. Customs processing may extend delivery timelines.

Address accuracy and changes

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or misdelivered shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to change an address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or handed to the carrier.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, first check with household members and neighbors and allow one business day for a possible delayed scan. If the parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us promptly with your order number and photos (for damage) so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a suitable solution (replacement or refund, as appropriate). Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. For carrier-confirmed lost or damaged parcels, we will work with you on a resolution.

Partial shipments

To expedite delivery, we may ship items from your order separately. You will not be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments.

Refused or undeliverable shipments

If a parcel is refused or returned to us as undeliverable (for example, incorrect address or unclaimed), we will issue a refund for the item or items once received back and inspected, less any non-recoverable shipping or return costs if applicable. If you would like the item re-shipped, we can assist with a new shipment.

Processing cut-off

To ensure same-day dispatch when feasible, please place your order early in the day and contact us if your order is time-sensitive. While we cannot guarantee same-day shipping, we will advise on the best solution for your needs.
