We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how to request a return, exchange, or refund.

Return eligibility and window
• You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all tags, components, and packaging. Normal handling is fine; damage from misuse is not eligible.
• For hygiene-sensitive items, protective hygiene seals must be intact and items must be unused and clean.
• Defective or damaged-on-arrival items should be reported immediately upon receipt with photos.
Non-returnable: final-sale items, gift cards, and items returned without authorization or beyond the 30-day window. -
Returns process
Step 1: Email info@lomarifashion.com with your order number, reason, and photos if the item is damaged or defective. Include your full name and return address.
Step 2: We will confirm eligibility and send you the return address and instructions. Do not return to the sender address on the parcel; it is not the processing site.
Step 3: Ship your item back using a trackable service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. ** ALL RETURNS WILL BE SHIPPED TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
We process approved returns within 7 business days after the parcel is received at our warehouse. -
Exchanges
If you would like an exchange for size or color, follow the returns steps. We will either ship the replacement after we receive and inspect the return, or advise you to place a new order and refund the original once returned. -
Refunds
When approved, refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where legally required or where the return is due to our error or a defect.
Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit after we issue it. -
Order cancellations
We try to dispatch quickly. If you need to cancel, contact info@lomarifashion.com right away. If an order has already shipped or is in transit, cancellation is not possible; you can return the package after delivery under this policy. -
Shipping origins and returns destination
Our central fulfillment works with international partners, which can involve overseas warehouses. We will provide the correct return address with your authorization; returns sent elsewhere may be refused. Customers are responsible for return shipping to the designated facility unless the item is defective or we made an error. -
Condition assessment
Returned items are inspected. We may decline or adjust refunds for items that are used, damaged, or missing components not due to our error. We reserve the right to refuse returns where misuse is suspected. -
Defective, wrong, or damaged items
If your item is defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, contact info@lomarifashion.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement or a prepaid return and refund, as appropriate. -
Cross-border and duties
If you are returning from outside the country of the processing warehouse, any duties or taxes paid at import are typically non-refundable through us. You may be able to claim them back from your customs authority depending on local rules. -
Consumer rights in Canada
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws. If a product is not as described or is defective, you may be entitled to remedies regardless of our standard return terms. -
